I found this photo in my stash---of a church I used to attend several years ago.
I took the photo because I liked the way all those various images are crammed together in the corner.
This was during a Christmas service.
Yes, you can have it all.
It doesn't have to be one or the other.
Just cram them all together in a corner.
Hope you had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hey. I was just looking for your facebook page. I wanted to send you a message I thought you would appreciate. We are getting a blizzard!!! I thought you would enjoy that news!
ReplyDeleteLove the pic. We can have it all.
Cindy Bee
Pics, Cindy, pics! Getting some snow down here, but not very much. Would love to see some BLIZZARD pics!
DeleteWe did. It was wonderful, though I hate it when those boys drive off in their trendy little cars back to their respective jobs, schools and lives. We always stand and wave until they are out of sight. Glad your Christmas was merry too. You got snow!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Carol! We've had some snow, yay! Now I've gotten snow greedy...I want MORE. In Atl, I'd get flurries and be happy.
DeleteYour line about watching the boys head off and waving and waving and waving just about made me cry thinking about THAT day for me. Do you cry when they're fully out of sight? Did you hit Grove Park this year? I so love that horse story of yours...
Yes, I usually cry and so will you. I just can't believe how fast the young years flew by! I was told that by all the old ladies when my babies were born but I didn't believe it them. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteWe did go to GP this year at the last minute. I even had the turkey thawed! Reservations fill up months ahead but there are always cancellations. You should have seen how fast I shoved that turkey back into the fridge when my husband asked if I really wanted to cook! The gingerbread houses were incredible this year as always.
