My favorite is Chocolate and peppermint coffee, and the peace that everyone seems to feel at this time of year
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas smell is a wood fire in the fireplace.
ReplyDeletechristmas is breakfast cooking (sausage egg pancakes or waffles ) christmas music and friends coming for breakfast (I have lots of friends with no spouses or children) and lots of talking and laughing.
ReplyDeleteYou are asking a big task! Christmas means so much to me, how can I pick a smell? Well, I won't! It smells like fresh pine; wood burning in the stove; sweet anise cookies being rolled into shape; Italian spices and tomatoes from the ziti casserole in the oven.
