The Good News is that I feel fine.
The Bad News is that everyone else in the house is sick.
The Good News is that the clock in my car will be right.
The Bad News is that the clock in my den will be wrong.
(I don't change either.)
The Good News is that I love the cold weather.
The Bad News is that the freeze got some garden plants I wasn't done with yet.
The Good News is that I can't wait to see what it feels like to go running in cold weather.
The Bad News is that I have no idea how to dress.
The Good News is that is it Sunday.
No Bad News for that one.

Good news is our grandsons visited us this weekend.

I agree with Good News it is Sunday and no Bad News in that.
